Wow Patch 3.3.2 Delays

In World of Warcraft patch 3.3, it was missing some content that was promised to us. That had to release Blizzard was therefore safe. Only when it happens, was a mystery. Now the first 3.3.2 patch notes have appeared in Korean, give us a glimpse of the coming changes. We remind you that the patch notes are not final.
As WowHead indicated last week, we will NOT be seeing the patch this week — but on February 2, 2010.
The team over at Wow.com who has discovered the patch notes for the upcoming 3.3.2 patch on the official Korean Wow, was able to translate most of it, but as translations was never prefect, some of the wording might be slightly off. You can read the translated patch notes from the following.

Dungeons and Raids
Icecrown Citadel
The Frostwing Halls, the last stronghold of the Lich King and the Scourge, has been added, but the Ashen Verdict must break down the door first. (Does this mean we have to wait some additional time to fight Arthas?)
Halls of Stone
Thanks to Brann Bronzebeard’s constant work outs, he’ll walk faster during the escort event.
Forge of Souls
Devourer of Souls will cast Mirrored Soul less often.
Trash mob Spell Reflect abilities have been changed. It now has a casting time, and will proc only twice at a rate of 75% instead of 100%.
Nexus
The number of times Anomalus uses Create Rift has been reduced from 3 times to 1.
Ahn’Kahet: Old Kingdom
Elder Nadox’s Ahn’kahar Guardian will only spawn once during combat.
Jedoga Shadowseeker will float into the air once during combat.
Several adds between Tainted Terrace and Shadowseeker’s altar have been removed or had their patrol routes changed.
Pit of Saron
Dead players are now able to re-enter the instance when the Ick/Krick and Forgemaster Garfrost encounters are active.
Utgarde Pinnacle
The number of harpoons needed to get Skadi the Ruthless off his drake has been reduced from 5 to 3.
The number of time Svala Sorrowgrave initiates Ritual of the Sword has been reduced from 3 to 1 during combat.
Vault of Archavon
The new head boss of the vaults is Toravon the Ice Watcher, he awaits your challenge on 10- and 25-player raids.
Violet Hold
Portals will open faster after Portal Guardians are killed.
Arena and Battlegrounds
Arena
Arena Season 8 has officially started with brand new rewards!
Druid
Balance
Earth and Moon: The bonus spell power granted to the druid by this talent has been changed from 1/2/3% to 2/4/6%.
Shaman
Elemental
Shamanism: The bonus spell damage granted by this talent for Lightning bolt and Chain Lightning spells has been changed from 3/6/9/12/15% to 4/8/12/16/20% and Lava Burst spell from 4/8/12/16/20% to 5/10/15/20/25%.
Warlock
Affliction
Shadow Embrace: The effect has been changed from stacking up to a maximum of 2 to stacking up to 3 times. The healing reduction applied per stack has been changed to 2/4/8/10% down from 3/6/9/12/15%.
Demonology
Demonic Pact: This talent now increases your spell damage by 2/4/6/8/10% (up from 1/2/3/4/5%). The benefit to party or raid members from this talent remains unchanged.
Destruction
Conflagrate: The periodic spell damage from the DoT portion has been increased from 20% to 40%.
Empowered Imp: This talent now increases the damage caused by your imp by 10/20/30% up from 5/10/15%.
Improved Shadow Bolt: The bonus to spell damage granted by this talent to Shadow Bolt has been increased from 1/2/3/4/5% to 2/4/6/8/10%.
Warrior
Protection
Concussion Blow: The damaged caused by this ability has been reduced by 50% but the threat generation remains nearly identical.
Devastate: The damage caused by this skill has been increased from 100% to 120% of weapon damage.
Shield Slam: Damage modifier from block value decreased, and starts diminishing at lower block values. Players in high-end gear shouldn’t notice the change. In addition, threat generated by Shield Slam has been increased by 30%.
Warbringer: It is no longer possible to use Charge and Intercept through this talent to escape movement impairing effects. Intervene remains usable.
UI and Interface
The party leader of a party formed through the Looking for Dungeon tool has been renamed (Pathfinder/Guide).
The bug where the raid assistants could not always perform Ready Check has been fixed.
The bug where initial helpful tips were not displayed when connecting to the game has been fixed.
Item
The Ashen Verdict now offers a Strength-based ring for classes that benefit from it.
Tier 10 Elemental Shaman 4 piece set bonus (Redesigned): Whenever Lava burst successfully damages the target, it increases the duration of Flame Shock by 6 sec.
