Cryptic Studios has closed the Star Trek Online open beta the day before yesterday(Jan. 26, at 6 p.m. PST), after one full day extension.

Cryptic has decided to extend the Star Trek Online open beta by one full day, so you now have until 6 p.m. tomorrow, Jan. 26, to try out the MMO before its official launch on Feb. 2. We still have some keys available, so grab one now and check out the final frontier while you can.
In addition, Cryptic has teamed up with Del Taco to offer a free in-game Type-8 shuttle pet. All you need to do is visit a participating Del Taco, order a Macho soda and redeem the code on the promotional page.
