Cabal Rocks but E-Games Sucks
Cabal Online was launched three months ago here in the Philippines by e-Game Philippines and it got me hooked almost instantly but a few weeks later it also unhooked me.

Cabal Online Rocks that's for sure! ![]()
During Cabal’s first two weeks, I played the game religiously. I spend more than 8 hours a day playing the game. Sometimes, I don’t sleep at all just to catch up with those high level players. I was so into Cabal Online that I was able to reach the level cap without using any premium items. That was before reality hit me.
You see, Cabal Online PH’s servers are always full. Getting in during normal hours is almost impossible. In fact, I can only login and play at night when the server isn’t that full but, still, getting in was difficult. Now, after the maintenance where the level cap was increased to 110, throughout the day, I noticed that the servers were only half filled. This continued until the next day and I was very happy because I could login and logout anytime I want without fear of not being able to get in.
Unfortunately, that didn’t last long. You see the next day, the servers were filled to the brim once again. The servers were half filled after the maintenance and one day later they’re filled once again? Did half of the player population suddenly just stopped playing after the maintenance and decided to play again after two days? Weird? It’s not weird at all. It just showed me that half of Cabal’s population are bots and after the maintenance since the server was updated the bots couldn’t login. This only lasted a few days because bot developers are fast. They were able to update their bots immediately thus the servers were once again filled with them.
I hate bots and I hate people who use them! Why? First, I have yet to see an mmorpg developer that expressly allowed bots in their game. It’s a third party program and if players care to read the TOS (Terms of Service) of the game they’re playing then they’ll know that third party programs which includes bots are not allowed. Second, it gives lazy ass gamers an unfair advantage over those who play the game honestly. Those players who spend countless hours grinding their characters just to become competitive in-game.
Cabal Online rocks! It’s the only locally published game that got me hooked after Khan Online. Unfortunately, Cabal Online also sucks! It’s not because of the bots but because of the publisher’s ineffectiveness in fighting these third party programs. It’s like GameGuard is enough for them and if that doesn’t work, so be it. They do allow bot reports but they’ve relied too heavily on players to do their jobs for them and instead of implementing even more heavier penalties for third party program users, what they did is the opposite of that, they started an amnesty program for those who were caught cheating and were banned from the game. O_o
If you were banned and wanted to get your account back then all you have to do is apply for an amnesty and it will only cost you 500 pesos! Wow! Amazing! Instead of forever banning these cheaters, they want them back, for a price of course.
What more can I say about e-Games Philippines. Well, I can say a lot of things about them but one thing is sure though, none of them would be nice. I know it’s a business and as a business they need to make money for them to operate but isn’t that a little too desperate. Making money from banned accounts? Ewww!
I’m glad I stopped playing a long time ago and even if I did continue playing, they will not get a centavo out of me. Seriously, I’d rather spend my money on other things than spend it with e-Games! It’s just not worth it!
Cabal Online is the only game I tried, played and liked which I didn’t spend money on and that’s because of the publisher. I spent at least a thousand pesos on Rakion Online when I played it for a month or two before abandoning it. A thousand pesos is not much but still Rakion Online got me to spend money on it.

Loved it as well but the provider suck
-Amnesty Program
-Gameguard change where it eats up PC’s resources causing freezing effect ingame
-Event rewards that are time based (got a Yuan epaulette for 1 day, unfortunately the succeeding day was a maintenance)

My account was blocked for the second time. I bailed my account the first time out of convenience it only cost 2o pesos. For the second time its not that i cant afford the bail, its that I’m not using any bots or TPP or whatever that is. I’m just playing religiously, leveling and grinding, and then suddenly e-games blocked mt account. How can I get rid of this bug out of my account so I could play yhe game again without the hazzle of being blocked. Plase HELP ME>>>>>>>>

Cabal is the ONLY online game that really got me hooked. Before the release of Cabal PH, I was already a lvl 70 blader in North America and continued to play it till 125. Unfortunately, friends abandoned Cabal and I lost the interest in playing.
I never tried Cabal PH because I knew it won’t be fun playing in a local server. I already expected that bots will invade Cabal PH (given the RO scenario and other online games) and that was the reason I didn’t consider playing in a PH server.
With this article, I think I would never try Cabal PH even if I miss the game badly.

CABAL is probably the greatest online game ever!
but… even though I hate to say this, CABAL PH management sucks!
There are bots everywhere, hackers are here and there!
TO THE CABAL PH GMs, QUIT YOUR JOBS! VERY USELESS!
RELYING ON PLAYERS TO REPORT BOTTERS and HACKERS?
